At this stage we collect only what you choose to give us:
We do not collect payment details or sensitive personal data through this waitlist page.
We will not sell your email or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use trusted providers to operate the waitlist: Supabase (stores your email securely) and Resend (sends emails). They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and withdraw consent. To do so, email nike@nxx-ai.com.
We keep your email only as long as needed to notify you about launch, or until you ask us to delete it.

NXX AI is a platform for building, running, and selling autonomous AI workers. The website currently offers a waitlist for an upcoming launch. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change before launch.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific price, or a launch date. Any "founder pricing" offers are promotional, may change, and are honored at our discretion subject to availability.
The NXX AI name, logo, content, and design are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
When paid plans and the creator marketplace launch, additional terms will apply — covering payments, refunds, revenue sharing, and the responsibilities of users who build and sell agents. Those terms will be presented before you purchase or publish.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any launch date will be met.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
